The Story of the Shepherd Boy

In the heart of the captivating rolling meadows, dwelt a young shepherd. His life was unadulterated, and unsophisticated. His main role was essentially to look after his flock of sheep.

Their low murmuring and the rustling of the breezes through the single tree on the mountaintop were his constant co-dwellers. Day upon day, guarding his responsibilities imbued in him a sense of tranquil contentment.

However, there were the occasional moments of solitude, when the shepherd boy would yearn for company. On one such day because of sheer boredom, the shepherd boy orchestrated a troublesome scheme.

Frustrated and alone, the boy fought against the wolf but managed to rescue only few of his sheep. Devastated, he went back to the town only to receive a scolding on honesty and the consequences of false alarms.
